Office Help Goes Viral
Office help goes virtual, the PA is dead, long live the VA or Virtual Assistant.
I can't say I've ever believed that the PA is dead, even back in 2012. However with technology virtual assistant's / virtual professionals / Personal and Executive Assistants are definitely a growing skilled person / service provider. The demand is for highly skilled VAs and EAs / PAs. There are some key differences in these roles, however both are skilled at using technology to drive effective productivity and automation.
