Kaitlyn has a strong background in administration, customer service, and team leadership, with extensive experience as a practice manager. She has supported the growth of leading health clinics in Whangārei, managing HR, financial systems, compliance, social media, and client experience to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Known for her attention to detail and practical approach, Kaitlyn brings structure, reliability, and clear communication to every role. Based in Whangārei, she is focused on contributing her organisational and leadership strengths to purposeful, people-focused work that makes a positive impact in her community.
